The Operations Specialist, is responsible for supporting the store management team by performing functional tasks related to the effective planning and execution of the store operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Focuses on executing tasks related to the effective execution of daily operations to meet overall productivity and store goals;
· Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments;
· Ensures the efficient reception and management of incoming e-commerce orders.
· Assures an efficient and accurate management of inventory:
- BOPIS – Completes orders within the expected timelines
- Damages – Completes and reports issues as per expectations
- Cycle counts – Completes daily as per company expectations and timelines to support inventory accuracy in-store including preparations for yearly inventory counts
- Supply orders – Completes monthly supply order for the store to support the daily operations of the business
- MMS/OMS/RF – Management of all communication and tools required to support inventory accuracy in-store
· Is a role model in prioritizing the customer and supporting the floor sales when required or in non-peak hours;
· Support the management team to achieve daily goals and tasks;
· Assume sales floor manager on duty accountability in the absence of management team members;
Qualifications
· 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail selling environment
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Effective communicator
· Visible passion for exceptional customer service
· Confidence and agility in fast paced environments
· A driven approach to your work, and a passion for home decor
· Able to work a variety of shifts including day, evening and weekends
· Ability to lift medium to large items/ and frequent ladder use
· Guarantee of a minimum of 25 hours per week (available day, evening and weekends)

Pay: $15.75 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
