We are seeking a full-time storefront supervisor to join our team. We pay well above industry standards and this is a great opportunity with room for growth. With our high starting base pay & commission pay for several of our products, your earning potential is high. In exchange for offering higher pay and better work conditions than anything comparable in the industry, we expect reliability and a consistently positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service at the front end
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks when necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Sales experience is a must
- Strong customer service skills with a helpful attitude
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
