About the role:
Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of lubricant deliveries and maintenance of lubricant stock.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Co-ordinate delivery of lubricants
Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
Support the Depot Manager, Scheduler and other depot staff
Scheduling the local Lubricants Truck
Lubricant inventory administration and processing responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading of packaged lubricants
Provide exceptional customer service
Day to Day Processing & Reports
Work with operational support teams within the business (HSSE, HR, Compliance, Fleet, Finance teams)

Experience & Skills

2 years minimum experience in Administration or a similar role
Forklift licence required
HR or LR licence minimum
Strong background in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Outlook. Excel, etc)
Experience in administration/warehousing
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
Initiative and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
