About the DEEPWORK program

You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Nebrija and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Philip Morris Spain is seeking talented people to join our Conventional Cigarettes Marketing Team.

To further strengthen our department based in Madrid, we are looking for a Strategic CC Marketing Intern working with world leading cigarette brands like Marlboro, Chesterfield and L&M with the following accountabilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support CC Marketing Manager in analysis and modelling of tobacco market dynamics, both for own brands and competitors. Be ready to develop and support in the creation of marketing strategy and its deployment in the market.
• Help improving with current decision making models – leveraging on data analysis for better marketing solutions that improve SoM performance;
• Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs and inform go-forward industry and capability marketing strategies.
• Acquire and stay up to date with knowledge in all matters relating to the tobacco industry and PMI Brands (Marlboro, Chesterfield and L&M), and integrate this knowledge in the overall marketing plans.
• Find weaknesses and opportunities in the portfolio, proposing solutions that are creative and customer-centric.

REQUIREMENTS

You have:

• A recent degree in marketing, business management, communication or similar
• Working fluency in English (B2 level and above)
• Strong qualitative and technical skills, including data analysis using Excel
• Analytical profile – capable of critical thinking

You also have:

• A team player with a go-getter attitude
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Knowledge of Marketing case studies and data-driven in the decision-making
• Ability to work with ambiguity: you are change agile, can decide and act without having the full picture, comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
