Strategic Initiatives Specialist

Bracco is an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.

About the Role

As a Strategic Initiatives Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping Bracco’s business strategy and ensuring the successful execution of key strategic initiatives. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive corporate transformation programs , ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track a portfolio of strategic initiatives , focusing on Corporate Transformation. Programs might include areas such as digital transformation, operational efficiency, change management.

• Act as a change agent , aligning cross-functional initiatives with company strategy while fostering collaboration in dynamic environments.

• Support the development and execution of Bracco’s Strategic Planning Process at a global level, ensuring company-wide alignment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or project management , ideally in a multinational company or top-tier consulting firm. Background in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related industries is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields . CFA is a plus.

• Fluent English (Italian is a plus).

• Strong track record in end-to-end project execution , stakeholder engagement, and support in strategic decision-making.

• Project management expertise (PMP, Agile, Scrum certifications preferred).

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).

• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills .
