Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and organized Student Coordinator to manage student activities, communication, and coordination within our educational institution/consultancy. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, leadership ability, and the capability to manage students efficiently while achieving daily coordination targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with students regarding classes, schedules, and academic activities.
• Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents.
• Manage daily coordination tasks and ensure smooth communication between departments.
• Support admission and onboarding activities when required.
• Maintain student records and update databases regularly.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, events, and training sessions.
• Ensure proper attendance and student engagement activities.
• Build positive relationships with students and provide necessary support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills preferred.

• Fluency in Malayalam and English.
