Seeking a Prevention Specialist to plan, organize and implement a county-wide substance use disorders (SUD) prevention program; disseminate information on SUD; and assist school systems & county agencies with developing and implementing SUD/health curriculums. Attendance at occasional evening or weekend events may be required. Office is located in Paw Paw, MI just 20 minutes west of Kalamazoo and includes community-based work.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in communication, education, human services, or other relevant field. The Prevention Specialist must be able to demonstrate understanding of the physical, social and psychological impact of substance use disorders on the individual, family and community.

Position is full-time (37.5 hours per week). Salary range is $41,216-$55,391/year.
