We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Subway Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily restaurant operations. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with brand standards
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance and service goals
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and control food and supply costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous restaurant or retail management experience (fast food preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong cash handling and basic financial management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must be located in the Edmonton area or have reliable transportation and the ability to commute
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
