Temporary Superintendent – Part-Time (2 weeks)
We are looking for a temporary, part-time superintendent to assist at our downtown property near Yonge & Bloor.
Details:
- Duration: Approximately 2 weeks starting mid-September
- Hours: A few hours per day (time to be confirmed; flexible scheduling)
- Duties: Replacement and organization of garbage and recycling bins for pick up, sweeping in front of the entrance and loading dock, mopping stairwells and etc.
- Location: Downtown Toronto (Yonge & Bloor)
Requirements:
- Experience in building maintenance or superintendent duties preferred
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
