Introduction:
We're seeking a skilled and hands-on supervisor to lead our stabilisation crews across regional North Queensland. you'll be responsible for day to day operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for over 40 years and employ over 250 people.

About the role

you'll supervise stabilisation projects across North QLD, coordinating crews, equipment and timelines. A mix of hands-on leadership and operational oversight, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently.

Duties

• Manage site operations and crew coordination
• Oversee quality, safety and daily reporting
• Liaise with clients and project engineers

Skills & Experience

• Stabilisation or roadworks experience
• Leadership of crews or civil teams
• Strong communication and planning skills
• White card and HR licence (preferred)
• Willingness to travel and stay away
