About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Logistics Manager to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our shipping, receiving, and logistics operations across the organization. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives, strengthen vendor and carrier relationships, and drive improvements in freight spend and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily logistics operations and inventory management in collaboration with the Procurement Team.

· Develop and implement cost-saving strategies across all freight partners and suppliers.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners.

· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze logistics data to drive operational improvements.

· Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage the overall logistics budget.

· Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

· Manage all inbound and outbound freight quoting, scheduling, and execution.

· Support the Finance Team with freight billing, rate analysis, and invoice reconciliation.

· Collaborate with the E-Commerce Team to enhance online store shipping options, improving customer experience and delivery efficiency.

· Software interface- UPS etc.

· Logistics issue resolution

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

· 5+ years of logistics/supply chain experience

· Strong leadership and negotiation skills

· Proficiency with logistics software and performance tracking

Bonus Points:

· Industry certifications (CSCP, CLTD)

· Experience with global supply chains

Work Environment:
Hybrid with office in Reston, VA; some travel required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
