We are growing and seeking an experienced and well-rounded Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to help us build and continue to grow the organization.
Position Summary:
As a key member of the Canadian team, we are looking for an individual to manage all facets of our cross-functional operations across Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality Control, and Customer Service. This role is responsible for coordinating product and raw material sampling, and providing administrative support for shipments, export documentation and purchasing activities. This position requires strong multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and various partners. This opportunity is well suited to a candidate who is comfortable managing a diverse range of responsibilities, understands how to prioritize effectively, and thrives in a dynamic and versatile role.
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, collaborative team player with excellent communication and organizational skills and would be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Supply Chain & Procurement Support:
- Support the procurement and release of raw materials and supplies to ensure material availability to support the manufacturing process.
- Support shipment scheduling and logistics coordination for inbound and outbound finished goods, raw materials and packaging components from global sources
- Utilize freight forwarding services to ensure adequate stock levels to support production schedule requirements thereby minimizing the likelihood of production disruptions and equipment downtime.
- Prepare all required shipment documentation to ensure compliance with customs and regulatory authorities
- Coordinate the outbound flow of finished goods from the Windsor site to Customers in Americas and rest of the world.
- Maintain purchasing documentation and update internal systems with order details.
- Communicate with Supply Chain team members to ensure smooth material flow.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and development projects.
- Coordinate the release and scheduling of inbound raw materials and packaging components from global suppliers.
- Manage freight forwarding and logistics to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to support production schedules and minimize production disruptions or equipment downtime.
Quality Control Support:
- Support the collection of finished good products, raw material and other samples according to quality procedures.
- Prepare documentation and coordinate shipment of samples to external laboratories for testing in accordance with defined procedure.
- Track testing status and follow up on the status to obtain results in a timely manner.
- Assist the Quality team in organizing documentation related to quality control activities as required.
Customer Service & Export Support:
- Support Customer Service with order processing and shipment coordination.
- Prepare and manage export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, declarations and Canadian Food Inspection Agency certificates, etc.).
- Obtain proposals from approved logistics providers and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Assist in tracking shipments and resolving delivery or documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment and customer records.

Qualifications:
· Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
· 3+ years relevant Supply Chain and Logistics experience.
· Related experience in dietary supplement, food, or pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
· High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
· Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.); experience with Microsoft Business Central is preferred.
· Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, laboratories, suppliers, and logistics partners.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· A police clearance is required.
