Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Production Specialist to join our team and help drive operational excellence across our supply chain and manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a proven background in production planning, procurement, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Procurement
· Manage supply chain activities including purchasing, logistics, and vendor management
· Maintain strong supplier relationships to support cost, quality, and delivery goals
· Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and improve efficiency
Production Planning & Scheduling
· Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on forecasts and operational needs
· Coordinate daily with manufacturing and sales teams
· Track production progress and implement schedule changes when needed
· Resolve issues related to material availability or capacity constraints
Inventory & Materials Management
· Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production while minimizing waste
· Manage material planning (MRP) and monitor stock levels
· Conduct cycle counts and implement inventory control best practices
· Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve material flow
Process Improvement
· Identify and implement process improvements in supply chain and production
· Support ERP/MRP enhancements and ensure data accuracy
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field
· 5+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing operations
· Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems (Fishbowl or similar)
· Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and thrives in a small business environment

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
