As part of our continued growth, commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Lite n’ Easy is looking for a Supply Planner to join our dynamic team and help ensure the right products and materials are available at the right time, in the right quantities, and at the right locations—supporting production and customer demand while minimising costs and inventory risks.

Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain supply plans for all imported products, managing order timelines through expediting and de-expediting.
Generate seasonal purchase forecasts for co-manufacturers of finished goods.
Create weekly distribution replenishment plans to ensure national inventory availability from our 3PL provider to Lite n’ Easy sites.
Identify and mitigate supply risks in collaboration with suppliers and R&D.
Coordinate national supply of ingredients and packaging with ongoing constraints, ensuring fair allocation across sites.
Submit and maintain purchase orders for imported products in line with supplier lead times and inventory policies.
Provide rolling 12-month purchase forecasts to suppliers, including new menu season projections.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in purchasing and procurement practices.
