Arηs is a fully independent group of companies specialized in managing complex IT projects and systems for large organisations, focusing on state-of-the-art software development, business intelligence and infrastructure services.

Established in 2016, the Greek entity Arηs Developments Hellas aims to extend Arηs Group activities dedicated to the European market providing high-quality services in Software Development, covering the entire application development lifecycle: starting with user requirements, business process redesign and specifications, to continue with development, testing and application maintenance.


Job Description

  • Act as a second line of support for all technical issues.
  • Conduct diagnostics to determine the nature of problems, provide technical support, and perform repairs when possible to hardware, software and equipment.
  • On-boarding the new client staff
  • Provide support in video conferencing domain
  • Provide training for the usage of Video conferencing rooms
  • Provide support for IT equipment
  • Provide support in user account management, password reset etc.
  • Provide support in the domain of M365
  • Provide support in all IT related domains

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in IT/ security support team and providing support to users.
  • Ability to understand and identify user needs.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as well as a part of a multicultural team, combined with the capacity to work on several projects simultaneously and contribute to the ongoing projects
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with ability to arrange leave, teleworking, and extended business hours, if required, with colleagues to ensure continuity of service
  • Knowledge of M365, Azure and best practice methodologies (ITIL or similar)
  • Proven experience in providing user trainings
  • Technical knowledge to configure Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Video Conf. in meeting rooms.
  • Good command of English equal to B2 according to CERF
