NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED NDIS SUPPORT WORKERS

Locations: Clyde & Altona (VIC)
Immediate Start | Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Properties

Exceptional Assistance is a well-established and trusted NDIS support provider in Victoria. Our team is comprised of compassionate, professional, and experienced support workers who bring empathy, consistency, and integrity to every shift. We are committed to delivering person-centred care that upholds the dignity and independence of the people we support.

We are currently seeking motivated and experienced disability support workers to join our dedicated team across multiple SDA properties in Clyde and Altona.

Position 1: Clyde – Male Client (54 Years Old)

Client Overview:

• Wheelchair user
• Insulin-dependent
• Stoma bag management

Vacancies: 5 Support Workers
Shifts Available: AM, PM, and Sleepover

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in complex care
• Ability to work under EN/RN supervision
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills
• Competent in:
• Personal hygiene and daily living support
• Medication administration
• Community access
• Manual handling
• Medication competence

Position 2: Altona – Two Female Clients (SDA Apartments)

Client 1:

• Seizures
• PEG feeding
• Non-verbal

Client 2:

• Seizure management
• Muscular dystrophy
• Non-verbal

Vacancies: 8 Female Support Workers
Shifts Available: AM, PM, Sleepover & Active Nights (rotating shifts may be required for both clients)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in complex care, including:
• PEG feeding
• Seizure management
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Competent in:
• Medication administration (including via PEG)
• Manual handling
• Personal care and mobility support
• Must hold:

All Applicants Must Have:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Valid CPR & First Aid Certification
• Certificate III or IV in Disability or Aged Care
• Medication Competency Certificate
• Manual Handling Training
• Valid Australian Driver’s License
