Description:
An exciting opportunity to join the dedicated early year's team at the Kalkee Road Children's & Community Hub has arisen.
The part-time role joins an existing job-share arrangement and is primarily responsible for delivering the supported playgroup program (Smalltalk model). On-the-job training in the program will be provided. The role offers flexible working hours and may suit someone currently working toward a suitable qualification.

Skills and Experiences:
The ideal applicant will have qualifications in early years, social work, health or community development. Alongside this, you will have experience in faclitating groups, connecting with families, role-modelling and building parenting confidence all within a strengths-based framework. Applicants should also possess highly developed interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and a capacity to relate effectively with families in the community.
