Bennett + Bennett is seeking an experienced and motivated Surveyor to be part of our innovative, dynamic, and growing Construction Surveying team based in our Sunshine Coast office. Your Role and Impact:
As a Surveyor within our Construction team, you will work across a diverse mix of high-rise and major construction projects, balancing site presence with technical office-based work.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering accurate and timely construction surveys that directly contribute to project success
Completing fieldwork, calculations, pre-calculations, sketches, and survey processing
Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance
Liaising with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Utilising advanced surveying equipment and software to improve efficiency and outcomes
Liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to support effective communication and progress
Utilising advanced surveying technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes
Operating with a high level of autonomy, while staying connected to a strong internal support network
What You Bring:
Proven experience as a Survey Technician or Surveyor, with exposure to construction projects (high-rise experience highly regarded)
Proficiency in 12d software and Leica and/or Trimble survey equipment
A relevant qualification in Surveying
Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Surveyors Board of Queensland as an Associate, Graduate, or above
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
