Sustainable Finance Advisor

Permanent contract (F/M)

We are looking for a proactive individual with an appetite to learn and grow within our LGX team.

Tasks/missions

As part of the LGX Academy:

• Developing new content, updating existing content and designing learning material for the LGX Academy.
• Deliver trainings, giving lectures to diversified specialised audience on different topics related to sustainable capital markets and notably sustainable bonds, internally and externally.
• Stay up to date with market developments and regulatory evolutions.
• Contribute to market intelligence pieces.
• Follow up and report on progress, on the different partnerships that the LGX Academy has established with international partners.
• Handle LGX Academy organisation including but not limited to administrative tasks.

As part of the LGX Assistance Services:

• Assist in business development.
• Proactively contribute to client prospection and sales efforts.
• Produce content of deliverables under the supervision of a manager.
• Present recommendations to clients.

Profile

• BAC+3 minimum in relevant field of expertise
• 2 to 3 years previous or past professional experience, with at least one relevant professional experience in sustainable finance (ideally in capital market, banking or investment fund industry)
• A passion for education, giving lectures and sharing knowledge
• Past experience in a sales or customer relationship position
• Excellent oral presentation skills and ability to speak in front of high-level audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel inside and outside Europe
• Excellent communication skills in French and English. Spanish, German, and any other language would be a plus
• Eye for detail and accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of PPT and digital learning tools
