About the Role
The Swimming Coordinator at Padua College plays a pivotal role in shaping a dynamic and inclusive aquatic program that fosters water safety, skill development, and a passion for swimming.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of the Padua College Learn to Swim program, including scheduling, class levels and progression systems.
Document lesson plans, including the key risk assessments, associated with each lesson plan.
Monitor and review programs and proactively make recommendations for improvements.
Prepare rosters and manage staff availability, ensuring coverage for all Learn To Swim lessons.

Skills and Experiences:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification (or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience in swim school program delivery and staff coordination.
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
Current positive Working with Children Check.
National Pool Lifeguard certificate.
