The Role
What you'll do?
- Install and maintain Windows 10/11 and macOS on laptops
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding tasks, including access provisioning
- Manage IT asset inventory (laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.)
- Work with MDM tools like Intune and Jamf for device provisioning and policy enforcement
- Provide end-user support (Windows, macOS, VPN, email, basic software tools)
- Administer access controls and user/group permissions across systems
- Maintain NAS and GPU servers.
- Manage networking equipment (switches, routers, access points) and ensure reliable office internet
- Monitor and manage firewall configurations and rule changes
- Support Exchange server and commonly used software/tools
- Troubleshoot IPv4 network issues, VPN connectivity, and local DNS/DHCP problems
Who are we looking for?
- 1–3 years of experience in system/IT administration or desktop support
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments
- Basic understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, switching, and NAT
- Working knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network troubleshooting
- Exposure to MDM tools like Intune or Jamf is a strong plus
- Understanding of user account and access management (AD, SSO, etc.)
- Comfortable with hardware/software setup and support for laptops and desktops
- Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic startup environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
