Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to provide Level 1 IT support across desktops, laptops, peripherals, and basic network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows environments, basic Active Directory tasks, and the ability to resolve end-user issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.)
Perform hardware troubleshooting and replace faulty components (RAM, HDD, keyboards, etc.)
Install, configure, and support Windows OS, MS Office, and business applications
Manage and track incidents, service requests, and escalations using communication platforms
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP conflicts)
Support and maintain user accounts in Active Directory (account creation, password resets, account lockouts)
Assist with new user setup, system configuration, and software installations
Escalate unresolved technical issues to L2/L3 support or relevant teams
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and asset records
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and SOPs
Key Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in IT support/System Administration (Level 1)
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and hardware troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of Active Directory & Networking
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Male candidates only (due to role requirements)
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to ticketing tools/communication platforms for incident management
Knowledge of IT asset management and documentation practices
Awareness of IT security best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
