Job Description

We are looking for a TA Advisor for TA team.

A day in the life summary

The TA Advisor plays a key role in building a high-quality and diverse workforce across the organization. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating employment processes. The position also supports strategic hiring initiatives, maintains recruitment programs, partners with external vendors, and leverages data insights to strengthen talent pipelines within the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and pre-employment processing.

  • Identify and engage qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and tools.

  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and organizational fit.

  • Coordinate reference checks, background verification, and employment documentation in line with company policies.

  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Manage employment advertising campaigns to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

  • Support campus and early-career recruiting initiatives, including college hiring programs.

  • Collaborate with external recruitment partners, including staffing agencies and search firms.

  • Analyze recruitment data such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and agency performance.

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, local labor laws, and APAC regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information at all times.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.

  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
