About this opportunity

As our Talent Acquisition and People Advisor, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering closely with leaders and hiring managers, across our global teams. You’ll drive talent attraction, build pipelines for future needs, and continuously enhance how we recruit to ensure we hire high-quality, values-aligned people.

This role offers a unique opportunity to broaden your HR expertise beyond talent acquisition. You will gain valuable exposure to HR business partnering by collaborating closely with leaders across the organisation on a variety of people-related initiatives.

This is a 12-month contract role to cover a period of parental leave within our team. It is a full-time position, however we are open to flexibility for the right candidate.

Key contributions include:
Lead full-cycle talent acquisition—from job scoping and sourcing through interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team’s needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
Deliver an engaging, inclusive, and seamless candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and support workforce planning.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and systems to boost efficiency, compliance, and quality of hire.
Provide HR support and advice across various people matters in partnership with the People Business Partners.

What you’ll need to succeed

Minimum 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition / recruitment.
Generalist HR knowledge / experience would be highly regarded.
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field, highly regarded.
Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, sourcing tools, and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes and technology.
Deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in hiring.
Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult and influence.
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.
