About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Junior Talent Acquisition Coordination to join our growing People team. You will be supporting the team in the below dynamics:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate, junior, and mid-level roles across engineering and support functions.
- Post and manage job advertisements on job boards, LinkedIn, and the company careers page.
- Screen CVs and assist with initial candidate outreach and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Help manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners as needed.
- Assist in managing contract and offer negotiations
Skills & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Recruitment, Business, Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of LinkedIn Recruiter usage.
- Experience in HR or recruitment, particularly high volume candidate management or talent coordination
- Proficiency in ATS management
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools LinkedIn, BambooHR etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various platforms.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to contribute new ideas and adapt to changing market conditions.
- A background or interest in the engineering or consultancy sector is a bonus, but not essential—what matters most is your willingness to learn and your drive to contribute to a growing team.
- You thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy connecting with people, and are confident communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders alike. You have an eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to your work.
