Description
Burleigh Heads | Full‑time | Immediate Start
Green Life Clinics is one of Australia’s fastest‑growing healthcare groups, on a mission to improve quality of life by simplifying access to plant‑based medicine. As we expand across Queensland and Victoria, we’re building a Talent & People Operations function that is structured, tech‑enabled, and designed for scale. This role is the operational backbone of the Talent function — the person who keeps workflows tight, systems accurate, and the entire recruitment engine running smoothly. If you love structure, precision, and being the person who quietly makes everything work, you’ll thrive here.
Why This Role Matters As we grow nationally, the Talent Coordinator becomes the person who ensures:
- Candidates have a polished and consistent experience
- Onboarding is seamless and compliant
- Documentation is accurate and audit-ready
- Systems, workflows, and AI tools operate smoothly and without friction
- Events, workshops, and webinars are well-coordinated
- Internal events and engagement communications are effectively managed
This role offers a pathway into Talent Advisory or HR Operations, aligned to your strengths.
Who You Are: You’re at an early stage in your HR, Talent, or Operations career, with a mindset focused on growth. You bring:
- Polished communication and professional presence
- Strong judgement, boundaries, and confidentiality
- Calm, organised, and steady approach
- High attention to detail, with pride in your work
- A genuine interest in systems, workflows, and technology
- The ability to anticipate needs and take ownership (or a strong willingness to develop it)
What You’ll Do
- Keep recruitment workflows organised and moving
- Coordinate interviews and hiring manager schedules
- Prepare contracts, onboarding packs, and system access
- Maintain HR documentation and version control
- Assign AI agent packs and manage recruitment flows
- Support payroll updates and employee records
- Assist with marketing, enquiries, and internal coordination
- Contribute to market insights and competitor research
- Learn and use AI tools to streamline processes
This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven, systems‑heavy role perfect for someone who loves order and operational excellence.
What You’ll Gain
- A clear 12‑month development pathway
- Exposure to ATS/HRIS, automation, and AI tools
- Skills assessment and psychometric testing
- Growth into Talent Advisor or HR Operations
- A stable, values‑driven healthcare environment
This is the kind of role that builds real capability not just “experience”.
Our recruitment process includes:
- AI Agent Screening
- Final Interview with the Talent Manager
- Offer/Outcome
