Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and documentation
- Support onboarding and documentation process
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in recruitment and HR operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM (HR) or any relevant degree
- Freshers can apply
- Available for full-time internship
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹8,146.65 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
