JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, with a specific focus on internship hiring and administrative management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the full recruitment cycle for interns
Draft and publish job postings on various platforms
Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Conduct initial HR interviews when required
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Internship Administration:

Support the activation of internship agreements and ensure all documentation is properly prepared
Liaise with universities, candidates, and internal stakeholders for internship formalities
Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely onboarding processes
Support onboarding activities for new interns

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluent in English (Italian is mandatory)
