Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for talent acquisition and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.

Duties

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) using tools such as Taleo, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft to streamline the recruitment process.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee orientation programs for new hires.
• Engage in executive recruiting efforts for senior-level positions as needed.
• Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent.
• Utilize research skills to identify potential candidates and market trends in talent acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.

Experience

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a strong understanding of internal recruiting processes.
• Experience in employee orientation and onboarding processes is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse candidate pools through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both candidates and hiring managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,197.74 - ₹35,474.70 per month
