The Opportunity:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Activ8 Solar Energies you will play a key role in attracting and acquiring top talent to drive our company’s growth and success. You will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to identify staffing needs.
Responsibilities includes:
- Help manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the business, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Use a range of channel (Advertising, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, etc.) to proactively identify and engage candidate and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Assist in strengthening Activ8's employer brand by promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities on social media, job boards, and other platforms.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, provide insights on market trends, and offer recruitment solutions.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates. Negotiate terms and conditions in line with company policies and budget.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion are prioritized in recruitment efforts. Help the organization achieve its diversity goals by sourcing candidates from varied backgrounds
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, candidate experience, and the overall talent acquisition process.
Qualifications/Key Skills:
- Minimum of 2 -3 years’ experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment position either in-house or agency recruitment.
- Experience in recruiting across multiple functions, such as construction, sales, marketing, HR, and finance would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
- Excellent screening, interviewing, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Passion for diversity, inclusion, and driving positive change in the workplace.
