As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process across diverse roles. Acting as a consultative business partner, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to deliver a seamless and engaging recruitment experience.

What You’ll Do:
  • Strategic Partnering:
  • Proactively identify and align with critical business priorities to influence decision-making and support organizational strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to review job descriptions, confirm qualifications, and provide recommendations tailored to business needs.
  • Leverage data insights to influence recruitment strategies and drive ROI with our talent.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for multiple job requisitions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews, ensuring all logistics are clearly communicated and the process is seamless.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback and ensuring an optimal candidate experience.
  • Pipeline Development & Sourcing:
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Use innovative sourcing strategies, including attending career fairs, community events, and online platforms, to attract top talent.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Partner with HR and compensation teams to align on offer details and new-hire onboarding processes.
  • Maintain clear, transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Conduct timely debriefs with hiring teams to evaluate and select the best candidates while meeting recruitment metrics.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Administer pre-employment testing, background checks, and drug testing as required.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide weekly reports on recruitment activity.
  • Close out job requisitions and follow up with all candidates post-interview, ensuring compliance with policies and processes.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably across diverse roles and industries.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Dayforce preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to consult and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service to candidates and internal teams.

Additional Details:
  • Travel Requirement: Minimal (10% or ~3 days/month) for career fairs or recruitment events.
  • Location: Hybrid - Mansfield, TX
