At Green Leaves Early Learning Centres, we take pride in building innovative and sustainable learning environments and practices in our state-of-the-art, purpose-built centres. It’s an exciting time in our business, with further growth in the pipeline. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us based in our national Support Office in Murarrie, Brisbane.

You will work closely with a dedicated group of Centre Directors and Operational Support Managers to ensure we have a proactive talent pipeline to efficiently recruit talent and effectively resource our centres across the group.

Day to day, you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment role by sourcing talent, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, assisting with the decision-making process, completing references, offer, contract generation, onboarding and induction.

Ideally, you will have:
  • A background in recruitment, with at least 2-4 years of talent acquisition experience, coupled with some experience/interest in early learning OR a strong background in customer relationship management or Early Childhood Education and a desire to learn about recruitment
  • A solid understanding of early learning, and the roles and responsibilities within a Centre (not essential but ideal)
  • Strong relationship, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Fresh ideas and an interest in refining our recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Experience with systems, preferably an Applicant Tracking System
  • Amazing people skills are required in order to engage candidates and work with our wonderful teams.
