It’s an exciting time in our business, with further growth in the pipeline. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us based in our national Support Office in Murarrie, Brisbane.

You will work closely with a dedicated group of Centre Directors and Operational Support Managers to ensure we have a proactive talent pipeline to efficiently recruit talent and effectively resource our centres across the group.

Day to day, you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment role by sourcing talent, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, assisting with the decision-making process, completing references, offer, contract generation, onboarding and induction.

Ideally, you will have:

A background in recruitment, with at least 2-4 years of talent acquisition experience, coupled with some experience/interest in early learning OR a strong background in customer relationship management or Early Childhood Education and a desire to learn about recruitment
A solid understanding of early learning, and the roles and responsibilities within a Centre (not essential but ideal)
Strong relationship, negotiation and influencing skills
Fresh ideas and an interest in refining our recruitment and onboarding processes
Experience with systems, preferably an Applicant Tracking System
Amazing people skills are required in order to engage candidates and work with our wonderful teams.
