About the Role
As a Talent Engagement Advisor at Babcock Australasia, you’ll take a central role in supporting recruitment and workforce development initiatives. Partnering closely with the Talent Engagement Team and broader HR team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, prioritise internal talent, and shape career pathways for employees across permanent, temporary, and contract engagements.
This position is based in our Henderson Office and blends people-focused practices with data-informed strategies, working closely with our employees and stakeholders. The Talent Engagement Advisor will attend networking and career events, engaging our local talent and support onsite activities such as our Regional Induction. This position is a Fixed Term position for 12 months, with potential for ongoing as our business grows and evolves.

To be successful you will bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent engagement, or human resources
- Strong organisational skills and confidence in managing multiple priorities
- Excellent reporting and written communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a natural ability to adapt and problem-solve
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
- A genuine interest in helping others grow and succeed
