Key Responsibilities

Talent & Performance Management (60%)

• Develop and implement performance management systems, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks.
• Drive employee productivity, engagement, and continuous performance improvement.
• Identify high-potential employees and create talent development and succession plans.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and individual development planning.
• Design learning, training, and capability-building initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Analyze workforce productivity metrics and recommend process improvements.

Talent Acquisition (20%)

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for key positions.
• Build talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure quality hiring.

HR Operations (20%)

• Oversee employee onboarding, confirmations, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
• Support attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to Talent Management and Performance Management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to build a high-performance culture and drive organizational productivity.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
