Roles & Responsibilities of a Tally Operator:
- Enter financial data accurately in Tally software
- Maintain accounting records (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
- Create and manage ledgers, groups, and vouchers
- Record invoices, bills, and expenses
- Maintain cash book, bank book, and journal entries
- Perform bank reconciliation statements
- Manage GST entries and generate GST reports (if applicable)
- Prepare basic financial reports (Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
- Maintain stock/inventory records
- Ensure data accuracy and regular backups
- Assist in audits and provide required financial data
- Follow company accounting policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
