Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in Malayalam OR Tamil for personal loan products.
• Generate qualified leads and pass them to the sales team.
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
• Maintain call records and update the CRM system.
• Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Malayalam OR Tamil.
• Good communication skills in Tamil or English will be an added advantage.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Target-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
