Job Title: Tele Sales Executive Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. Candidates will undergo comprehensive training to understand our products, sales process, and communication strategies. Key Details: Training Period: Candidates will receive structured training to develop sales skills and product knowledge. Evaluation: After training, each candidate must successfully achieve one confirmed sale to qualify for the permanent role. Employment: Only candidates who achieve the required sale will receive the official offer letter to join as a permanent employee. Stipend: No payout will be provided during the training period. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Present products/services clearly and persuasively. Maintain a positive attitude and meet performance targets. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the sales process. Requirements: Strong communication skills in English/Malayalam/Tamil (as applicable). Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism. Previous telesales/telecalling experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Qualification: Plus Two (+2) or higher.

Age: 19–30 years.

Languages: Malayalam + English (mandatory).

Good communication and convincing skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Previous telesales experience is an added advantage.
