The Community Action, Inc. Head Start/Early Head Start (CAI HS/EHS) program provides comprehensive early education and care services for children ages 0-5 and serves more than 300 infants, toddlers, pregnant mothers, fathers and preschoolers.

CAI HS/EHS is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Preschool Teacher(s)

Seeking qualified Preschool Teachers to join our team in Haverhill, MA. Minimum requirements include prior experience working with young children and an Associate Degree or higher in ECE. Position allows for home visits to foster relationships with children and families. Low child/teacher ratios. Disabilities/Behavioral Specialist and Paraprofessionals on staff to assist with addressing child behavior and implementing individualized supports as needed.

The position is 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year including paid lunch and office planning time.

Candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to work on a team. Starting salary is $22.86 to $28.80 per hour dependent upon education and experience.
