Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Role
Our Business Services Team is seeking a friendly, proactive and customer focused Front of House Administrator to join our Team. Our team provides a caring work environment where you can bring your whole self to work.
We offer a progression model within the Business Services team, where you can start in a Front of House Administrator role, and move into a Team Administrator (TA) role should a vacancy arise, and then be considered for promotion to a Senior TA role if you have developed your skills and abilities to a senior level.
We are looking for people who love all things administration, and can demonstrate initiative and commitment. The Business Services Team Members have a level of autonomy, so you'll need to be self-driven, be able to stay calm while managing time-pressured work, work well as part of a team, and have a sense of humour!
This role provides reception services and as first point of contact, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for clients and colleagues. You'll also be assigned a variety of administration tasks to work on in-between your reception duties, and need to effectively and efficiently juggle competing priorities with a smile. Our front of house role works onsite on a permanent, full-time basis, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (this means we are not able to offer a working from home option at this stage).
Our ideal candidate will be able to:
- Maintain the reception area, visitor spaces, and common areas, keeping them tidy and inviting throughout the day.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, coordinate meeting room bookings, ordering of monthly stationery and facilities management.
- Assist with employee office inductions, manage catering requests, and help with various administrative tasks.
- Your positive attitude and strong communication skills (written and verbal) allow you to build trusted partnerships within the team and the wider business.
