Your new Opportunity:
Our Wealth Advisory team are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant who loves a dynamic and varied role and wants to make an impact on our team, and our clients! This is a maternity cover role for an initial period of 12 months but does have scope to become a permanent role with our business.
What makes you ‘just right’:
We’re looking for a proactive and confident Administration Assistant who is comfortable providing high level administration support to the Head of the Division, and broader Partner group.
From managing busy diaries, drafting correspondence and highly detailed documentation, through to organising team events and monthly birthday celebrations – you’ll bring professionalism and efficiency to the team while also playing a key role in contributing to our collaborative, team focussed culture.
What your day might look like:
- Provide high-level administration support to Partner and teams
- Manage complex diaries and busy schedules
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Review, format and finalise client documentation
- Drafting correspondence
- Organise team training sessions
- Respond to client requests, as required
- Manage incoming and outgoing client mail
- Provide relief reception when required
- Assist the Partner group and broader team with ad hoc tasks and special projects.
