Your new Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and confident Team Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Head of the Division and the broader Partner group. This will initially be a 12month contract, with an opportunity to go permanent.

From managing complex diaries, drafting correspondence and producing detailed documentation, through to coordinating team events and monthly birthday celebrations, you’ll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly. You’ll bring professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail, while actively contributing to our collaborative, team-focused culture.

What your day might look like:
  • Provide high-level administration support to Partner and teams
  • Manage complex diaries and busy schedules
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review, format and finalise client documentation
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Organise team training sessions
  • Respond to client requests, as required
  • Manage incoming and outgoing client mail
  • Provide relief reception when required
  • Assist the Partner group and broader team with ad hoc tasks and special projects.
