Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Perma-Dry of Moncton. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service to uphold our reputation as industry leaders. This position is based in Moncton and plays a vital role in supporting our mission to deliver top-tier basement waterproofing services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Briefing your team on targets
- Working alongside your team
- Monitoring team performance
- Ensuring work is completed on time, to a high standard
- Delegating work to team members
- Ensuring workers follow company policy and procedures
- Checking and signing off on completed work
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Experience in construction
- Adaptability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
