Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals while maintaining high levels of quality and safety standards
• Coordinate daily tasks related to transportation management systems, shipping & receiving, and freight handling
• Monitor and improve processes within supply chain operations, including 3PL partnerships and warehouse activities
• Utilize systems such as AS400 and SyteLine for data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Provide training and guidance on communication skills, phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and data entry procedures
• Conduct analysis of operational data to identify trends, resolve issues, and implement process improvements
• Oversee shipping schedules, freight documentation, and coordination with carriers to optimize delivery timelines

Requirements

• Proven experience with transportation management systems, supply chain operations, or logistics leadership roles
• Strong understanding of freight processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse management
• Familiarity with systems such as AS400 and SyteLine for inventory control and data analysis
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead teams via phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
• Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and multi-line phone systems for seamless communication
• Strong analysis skills to interpret operational data and recommend improvements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
