Team Leader

The Team Leader is an integral role within our team, supporting our Customer Service Managers to optimise customer in-store experiences. Team Leaders coach, develop and engage with their Service and Selling team, share sales knowledge and lead by example providing outstanding customer service to achieve sales targets.

• Part-time: 30 hours per week
• 5 month contract
• Leading the service and selling team within Women's Footwear & Accessories

Your Background:

• People leadership / supervisory experience within a retail environment
• Retail sales experience with proven customer service and selling skills
• Strong work ethic
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills
• Passion for customer service and a love of retail!

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including weekends and peak trading times.
