Summary

We are seeking a Lead Supervisor to join our team in Canada. This pivotal role will oversee our painting projects, ensuring quality and efficiency while contributing to our mission of providing comprehensive painting solutions from ceiling to floor.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate painting crews (3-10) on site.
  • Oversee full painting scope, from preparation to final inspection.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction painting.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Review blueprints and schematics to plan project execution.
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Prepare surfaces and apply paint using brushes, rollers, and airless spray methods.
  • Operate elevated work platforms and swing stages.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction, particularly in commercial and industrial painting.
  • Familiarity with airless spray machines, epoxies, and dryfall applications.
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations in the construction industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
