TEAMLEAD INSIDE SALES (f/m/d)

YOUR MISSION

• Lead the internal sales team both professionally and disciplinarily
• Build and further develop the team structurally
• Manage the budget and optimize the internal sales operations
• Share your knowledge through coaching, training, and day-to-day support
• Define clear goals and achieve them together with your team
• Identify customer needs and translate them into concrete proposals
• Take responsibility for the entire proposal process – from inquiry to submission
• Establish an effective and efficient proposal management system
• Maintain and improve CRM data quality
• Ensure operational efficiency and accuracy in all internal sales activities
• Act as the interface between sales, operations, product development, finance, and other departments
• Question and improve processes while contributing new ideas
• Review calculations and develop proposal strategies

WHAT YOU BRING

• Technical or commercial education (HAK, HTL, FH/University)
• Experience in sales, especially in proposal management, would be beneficial
• Leadership or project management experience is a plus – you share your knowledge and motivate others to give their best
• Strong skills in ERP systems, Excel, and calculations
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
• Analytical thinking with a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is an advantage
• Ability to stay organized and calm even under pressure
