Description:
What You’ll Do:
Drive sales growth and expand our customer base in your assigned territory
Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored Irribiz solutions
Provide technical expertise and product support to ensure customer success
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support
Identify new business opportunities through market insights and feedback
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in technical sales, account management, or agribusiness
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving
Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language
Knowledge of irrigation systems or agricultural technology (preferred)
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical or sales role
