We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to support growth of our strategic accounts, scale relationships, and be the critical link between engineering and customer success. We are in a scale-up phase of our business, and this new position will play a key role in supporting our growth journey.
We supply advanced vacuum measurement solutions to a wide range of applications and industries, including the semiconductor industry, analytical instrumentation, medical technology, space, and coating industries. Additionally, we serve private branding partners and distributors.
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll play a key role in driving customer account growth through proactive engagement and cold-calling activities. You will work closely with product development and the manufacturing team to ensure that end-user and OEM customers receive product solutions that match their application requirements and technology roadmaps. Daily tasks also include technical support, after-sales service, and quote processing.
The position is internal, but occasional travel may become relevant as the role evolves.
Your Background and ProfileYou have a technical background, preferably with experience in the field of vacuum technology and a general understanding of the physics behind vacuum applications. You may have experience from technical support or after-sales service roles. Alternatively, you may have a relevant academic background and are looking for a career change.
You have a broad technical mindset across engineering disciplines and an analytical, problem-solving approach to technical challenges.
You are a strong communicator, able to convey complex technical topics in a clear and customer-friendly manner. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, and additional language skills are an advantage.
What We OfferAt Sens4, you’ll join a collaborative and innovation-driven work culture that blends the agility of a startup with the focus and structure of data-driven decision-making. We’re passionate about technology, and our technology-leading products are trusted by top-tier customers across the globe.
You’ll become part of a dedicated and professional team where ideas are welcomed, and your contributions can have a real impact. As we continue to grow, there will be opportunities for the right candidate to shape the role and take on greater responsibility—whether in customer relations, product strategy, or business development.
We offer a flexible and supportive work environment with room for personal and professional growth, surrounded by colleagues who value quality, creativity, and teamwork.
Next StepsIf you can see yourself in this role and want to make a difference at Sens4, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your application and CV as soon as possible. We review applications continuously and may close the job posting before the deadline once we find the right candidate.
Application and CV should be submitted to email: job@sens4.com
Application deadline is September 14, 2025.
