Technical Programme Manager / Theme Integrator - Exception Based Services

As our Technical Program Manager / Theme Integrator, you will lead and drive the Exception Based Services programme, one of our most critical initiatives. The programme’s objective is to automate a wide range of manual processes in our services organisation by leveraging AI and Camunda-based workflow orchestration. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring alignment and cohesion across multiple squads within the programme, while also promoting collaboration with other squads in the tribe and with tribes across the organisation to deliver impactful results.

You will also act as a strategic partner to the tribe lead and IT lead, overseeing key initiatives and responsibilities to drive the programme forward and represent its direction in critical engagements. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of process automation at Danske Bank.

Key responsibilities:

• Programme leadership: Drive the Exception Based Services programme forward, ensuring alignment across squads and tribes and facilitating collaboration to deliver the programme’s goals.
• Strategic integration: Align efforts across the programme’s key squads and other teams within the tribe and organisation to ensure a unified approach and delivery of impactful results.
• Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across squads, tribes, and the organisation, ensuring clear communication of goals, priorities, and progress.
• Strategic partnership: Work closely with the tribe lead and IT lead, contributing to the direction and success of the programme.
• AI and technology focus: Use your technical expertise to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and workflow orchestration technologies to automate manual processes.
• Communication and alignment: Act as the key communicator and integrator across teams, ensuring that stakeholders are aligned and informed about programme developments, priorities, and dependencies.
• Problem-solving: Proactively identify and address dependencies, impediments, and challenges within the programme, proposing solutions and facilitating discussions to resolve them.
• Continuous improvement: Lead initiatives that enhance programme effectiveness and ensure delivery of high-impact automation results.

About you:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled programme manager who is focused on driving transformation and delivering results. You should have:

• Demonstrated experience: A strong background in technical programme management or project management, ideally with experience in AI-driven solutions or workflow orchestration technologies.
• Leadership skills: The ability to provide strategic direction, align stakeholders, and integrate efforts across squads and tribes.
• Technical expertise: A solid understanding of AI technologies and process automation.
• Strategic mindset: The ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term programme goals, while ensuring alignment with the tribe’s vision.
• Communication skills: Strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and promote collaboration.
• Collaboration focus: A commitment to building a collaborative and inclusive environment across teams, tribes, and stakeholders.
• Agility: Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on adaptability and continuous improvement.

This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania . If the position is located in Lithuania, the salary range will be from 5760 EUR to 8640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job). Your job function (position) in the job contract will be Programme & Project Management.
