TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibilities:
- Ensure our fleet of vessels consistently operates at peak performance by overseeing all technical aspects.
- Maintain meticulous records of all Flag State and Class Society certificates, ensuring timely renewals / docking and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive equipment maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and optimize vessel efficiency.
- Coordinate and supervise all necessary repairs, services, and inspections on vessels to maintain their structural integrity and operational readiness.
- Source and procure replacement parts in a timely and cost-effective manner to support vessel maintenance and repair activities.
- Work closely with Vessels' Officers and Engineers to identify and address technical issues, ensuring smooth vessel operations.
- Provide regular reports to the Management on the technical status of vessels, maintenance activities, and any emerging concerns.
- Possess Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime industry.
- Strong knowledge of vessel systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Experience with classification societies (e.g., BV, ABS, DNV, LR).
- Knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards (e.g., IMO, SOLAS).
- Must be able to start work at short notice.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $4,800.00 per month
