As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide comprehensive technical support and product documentation while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness; your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing hands-on technical support via phone, email, or remote tools and guiding customers through troubleshooting, installation, and configuration as part of after sales support.
  • Documenting and following up on support cases to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Creating and updating product documentation such as specification sheets, support guides, installation best practices, and other materials, as required.
  • Issuing and tracking RMA numbers for returned products and coordinating with sales support for customer updates on RMA items.
  • Maintaining a detailed RMA log, tracking return reasons, resolution steps, and product outcomes.
  • Collaborating with sales and R&D on new product development and RFP processes.
  • Traveling as needed for on-site technical support, training, or troubleshooting.
  • Performing other duties, as assigned.

What We Require:

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical support, field service, or IT-related roles.
  • Diploma/degree in a technical field (preferred).
  • Practical experience supporting or installing electronic systems in vehicles, heavy equipment, or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical systems (12V/24V), including wiring, connectors, and power distribution.
  • Knowledge of video/ safety systems (analog and IP), including setup, calibration and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation, including support guides and system diagrams.
  • Organized and detail-oriented in managing RMAs, support logs, and tracking product issues and resolutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support customers and collaborate with internal teams, including sales, R&D, and production.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize support cases effectively.
  • Proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace

  • CRM Experience (Hubspot preferred)
  • AutoCAD
